Meet Shawn Sullivan: Broker Associate

Born and raised in Somerville, Shawn Sullivan has spent more than half his life immersed in the real estate industry.  His passion for real estate began in the late ’80s when he bought his first piece of land and developed three homes.  He then went on to obtain his Construction Supervisors License and launched a successful realty trust firm that specialized in residential land opportunities. Here, Shawn led the business from initial start-up, structuring operations, overseeing fiscal planning, transaction negotiations, and all general contracting activities.  During this time, he also worked extensively with builders, developers and investors, and gained firsthand insight into new construction and the business of real estate.

The transition to traditional real estate sales, both residential and commercial, was a natural one, and when Shawn joined RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services 13 years ago, he brought with him his keen industry acumen, strong work ethic, and desire to help individual buyers and sellers achieve their personal real estate goals.  Today, with an impressive number of sales and satisfied repeat clients to his credit, Shawn has emerged as one of the area’s top producing REALTOR®/Broker Associates and top industry experts.
